🎓 Eligibility Criteria

📘 Educational Qualification

Applicants must hold a Graduate or Diploma in Engineering, or have completed an AME (Aircraft Maintenance Engineering) course.

🧰 Work Experience

Candidates should have 4 to 5 years of experience in warehouse and stores operations, preferably in the aviation sector.

💻 IT Skills

  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Experience with aviation software like AMOS is preferred

🔧 Key Job Responsibilities

✔️ Manage inventory at the Porta Cabin and main warehouse efficiently and accurately.
✔️ Coordinate the receipt and delivery of shipments from/to other IndiGo stations with timely follow-ups.
✔️ Retrieve core units returned from maintenance and ensure they are complete before returning to the warehouse.
✔️ Track all rotable components and maintain accurate records.
✔️ Maintain records of consumables and rotables usage. Generate and release Ability/Inability reports.
✔️ Issue and account for tools, rotables, and equipment to the maintenance team, including calibration details.
✔️ Distribute daily work schedules to the maintenance crew and collect completed ones for review.
✔️ Pre-load materials required for planned maintenance activities.
✔️ Perform accurate pickslip posting for consumables.
✔️ Systematically receive aircraft materials and log them correctly.
✔️ Support the recertification of FAK, MK, and UPK kits through the IGO medical department.
✔️ Assist managers with their day-to-day operational tasks.
✔️ Ensure compliance with IndiGo’s Safety Policy and Safety Management System (SMS).
✔️ Perform any other function as directed by AVP (PLM) or the department in charge.
