📌 Eligibility Criteria

The candidate should have an AME Diploma or B.Tech degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Aeronautical engineering.

A minimum of 60% marks in 10th, 12th, and Graduation is mandatory.

Applicants must have 4-5 years of aviation experience. However, if the last employer was an unscheduled airline, 5-6 years of experience is required.

The candidate should be well-versed in MS Office, Excel and should have worked on aviation software such as AMOS.

📌 Job Responsibilities

As a Technical Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance and smooth operations across multiple locations such as Delhi, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Kolkata, and Chennai.

You will act as the Examination & Authorization Coordinator for assessments and work closely with the DGCA for license issuance, extension, and renewal.

One of the key responsibilities is the certification of staff files, along with preparing and renewing authorization certificates under CAR-145 and CAR-147.

Keeping training data updated in AMOS and ensuring proper record maintenance of authorization acknowledgements will be part of your routine work.

You will also manage engineering training matrix updates, stamps ordering, dispatching, and record keeping.

Ensuring the renewal and endorsement of licenses, as well as handling internal assessments, will require high attention to detail.

Additionally, responsibilities include monitoring DGCA correspondence, maintaining assessment trackers, and handling experience certificates for staff.

Managing documents for pilots’ transit training, monitoring records of new joiners, and ensuring preservation of CAR-145 training documents are vital tasks.

Finally, you will be expected to handle annual renewal questionnaires, international records, and any other tasks assigned by the manager.
