This role ensures the safe, timely, and accurate handling of all tools, equipment, and spare parts that keep Air Arabia and third-party aircraft in service.

Role Overview

As a Store Keeper, you will manage the receipt, storage, and release of parts, tools, and consumables. You’ll also ensure that storage conditions meet safety and compliance requirements, while supporting maintenance teams with timely availability of equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain stock levels for routine jobs: toolboxes, wheels, batteries, oils, etc.
  • Ensure availability of items on time for maintenance tasks.
  • Perform daily checks on storage areas (temperature, humidity, safety).
  • Allocate tools and spare parts as per maintenance needs and AOG desk requests.
  • Pre-load system requirements for ADD/MDD jobs for quick retrieval.
  • Issue and track daily toolboxes and kits for maintenance teams.
  • Report and manage unserviceable tools and parts with the Rotables Team.

System & Reporting

  • Update AMOS system with all stock activities (receipts, storage, returns).
  • Track shelf life, calibration, and critical tool movements.
  • Prepare stock reports, identify errors, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Ensure unused parts are credited back and restocked properly.

Storage Standards

  • Maintain proper conditions (temperature, humidity, cleanliness).
  • Separate serviceable, unserviceable, and quarantined items.
  • Handle oils, chemicals, and batteries safely (MSDS awareness).
  • Apply FIFO/FEFO methods for shelf-life items.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or certificate in a related field (Bachelor’s preferred).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with inventory systems.
  • Fluent in French and English (written & verbal).
  • Valid driving license for assigned location.
  • Moroccan nationality is a must.

Experience

  • 1–2 years in a similar aviation stores role.
  • Experience with low-cost airline operations is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of civil aviation rules for storage and issuance of aircraft parts.
  • IATA Dangerous Goods training is an advantage.
