About the Role
The Technical Lease Coordinator plays a crucial role within the Technical - Aircraft Lease Return department.
This role provides operational support in lease return processes, ensuring aircraft compliance and smooth transition to lessors.
Responsibilities include preparation of Airworthiness Directives (AD), Service Bulletins (SB), collection of Dirty Finger Prints, and compiling Authorized Release Certificates.
The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and collaboration with internal teams and lessors during the redelivery process.
Key Responsibilities
Documentation: Prepare dirty finger prints for ADs and Service Bulletins, ensuring corrections based on certification reviews.
Certification Records: Compile Authorized Release Certificates and review component release tags.
Structural Mapping: Collect dirty finger prints for the Structural Repair Mapping folder.
Compliance: Gather documentation for flammability certification and maintain accurate records.
Lease Handover: Coordinate shipping records to lessors post-aircraft redelivery in line with lease agreements.
Lessor Support: Address queries raised by lessors during end-of-lease document reviews.
Operational Duties: Perform additional tasks as directed by the Head of Department.
Eligibility Criteria & Skills
Education: Relevant Vocational, Tertiary, or Trade Qualification.
Specialization: Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering.
Experience: Minimum 4 years relevant experience in production/fleet planning, Aircraft Maintenance Programmes, or Technical Records.
Industry Knowledge: Minimum 5 years aviation experience with a solid understanding of compliance and lease documentation.
Skills: Strong organizational ability, detail orientation, and effective communication to manage lessor interactions.
